Loosing Address history during USOPTE Address validation process

Summary:

Hi all, USOPTE Address validation process flow is updating the addresses in Correction mode and not in update mode hence we are loosing the history of persons addresses. There is a need to maintain the history and we would like to know if this process can update address in update mode and not in correction mode.
