Can HR Admin Schedule Recurring Check‑Ins on Behalf of Line Managers?

We are exploring how to ensure consistent, recurring check‑ins between managers and employees using Touchpoints. Ideally, HR Admins would be able to schedule these recurring check‑ins on behalf of line managers, especially for managers who are not actively using the tool.

Is it currently possible for HR Admin (or another HR role) to create or schedule recurring check‑ins on behalf of a manager?

If not, are there recommended alternatives or configurations that allow us to enforce or automate recurring check‑ins across the organisation?

We have considered using nudges to remind managers to schedule the check-ins, but unless there is a way to make this required, we will unfortunately not be able to achieve consistency.
