How are you dispositioning candidates when a requisition is filled?

The system does not force users to disposition candidates when a requisition is filled.  We are concerned that we may be out of compliance if we use the ‘auto reject’ functionality and disposition all candidates that are not selected using the same code/reason.

Taleo recommends to use ‘auto reject’ or use training to make sure users are correctly dispositioning candidates.  They also recommend running reports if you’re not using ‘auto reject’ to make sure candidates are being dispositioned.

If you are using 'auto reject', have you received any feedback from OFCCP in an audit as to why all rejected candidates have the same disposition?
