Unable to see Learning Assignments in redwood

Summary:

I turned on Redwood Assignment Manager and followed the steps here: Introducing Redwood Assignment Management

I ran the fa-hcm-learningassignmentprofile index and the role I am using has the Learning Assignment Management duty, but I still do not see any assignments.

Any advice on what I could be doing wrong?
