"Pension Automatic Enrolment" letters are not getting sent to employee over email.

Hello,

We need to send Pensions Automatic Enrolment letters to employees. Please advise the correct end to end steps required to achieve this in Oracle Fusion HCM. FYI, we are running process - "Generate Pensions Automatic Enrolment Reports" and its generating DOR but letters are not getting sent.

Please let us know if there is any additional process that needs to be run or any settings that need to be configured to send the letters to employees via email.
