Oracle EBS to Cloud GL COA Mapper

Summary:
Customer plans to retain Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) for all subledger modules and implement Oracle ERP Cloud – General Ledger only with a redesigned Chart of Accounts. All transactions and SLA will remain in EBS, while periodic GL balances (EBS subledgers) will be transferred to ERP Cloud GL for reporting, and other GL processes. What standard Oracle tools are recommended for COA mapping, when COA structure is different between EBS and Cloud ? Does it require a Technical solution (OIC/Integration/pl/SQL) or standard functional solution (like secondary ledger) is available in Oracle ERP Cloud or/and Oracle EBS for mapping differnt
