Is there any Rest Api or Soap WebService to update status of a record in HZ_ORG_CONTACT_ROLES table?

Summary:

We need to end date a HZ_ORG_CONTACT_ROLES record or mark its Status as ''Inactive'. Does any Api or Soap Web service exist to perform the same?
