How many times the schedule processes need to be run per day- Redwood Receiving

Hi,

We're planning to roll out Redwood Receiving in Prod. But wanted to know the frequency that is recommended to run the below processes.

ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS.	we need to run them sequentially. specify index names while submitting the process(Frequency?)
	Parameter values for index name to reingest:
	fa-scm-rcv-expected-po-receipts
	fa-scm-rcv-expected-asn-receipts
	fa-scm-rcv-expected-to-receipts
	fa-scm-rcv-transactions
	fa-scm-rcv-expected-rma-receipts(No need to run - error- we dont use RMA process)
Ingest Receiving Search Indexes	This should be scheduled to run every 30 mins/ frequently
