Reset my MFA/2FA for Freetier account created without CC . Live Chat could not help

Summary:

I've been trying to recover my OCI free tier account ( which i had created a long while 3-4 years ago ) , since i did not own a credit card back then , i did not use one to register for the account . Now i've been trying to login , but my MFA keeps failing as the mobile device i used to own is no longer functional , but i own the account , credentials etc .

Live chat couldn't reset my MFA as i didn't have CC details attached to my account , it's been back and forth with customer executives and live chat for the past two weeks and none could find me a resolution to retriveing my account .
