Ability to have different branding in fusion instance.

Hi Experts

We have below client requirement.

Qatar Airways has subsidiaries (Like HIA (Hamad International Airport), MATAR etc.  who will use the same FUSION instance for various applications according to their workstream. In such scenarios 

 1) If the same Fusion based application is used by different entities can the branding be different for different types of users/user personas?

2) What are the pros and Cons if we use different instances for different types of Users?
