cannot identify employee as resource
in Help Desk
Summary:
Hi,
I tried all suggested steps to identify an employee as resource as I need to add two colleagues in a queue: it worked only for one!
These two employee have the same roles in security console and they have been hired many years ago.
These roles contain:
- Next Gen Human Resources Help Desk Agent
- Employee
- Resource
Plus, I scheduled the belows processes:
- Synch person record
- 3 usual LDAP batches
I followed these conversation too:

I don't understand what I am missing to be honest.
