Activate Journey task based on response of two other Tasks in the Journey

Is it possible to activate Journey Task based on other two Journey tasks responses.

Example

Task A has configurable with option yes and no

Task B has just done button

Task C Should get activated either when Task A configurable form response is submitted with Yes Or when Task B status is completed .
