Convert Pending Worker - Extensible Flexfield

Hello,

In Edit Pending Worker, the Extensible flexfields are correctly displayed as fields in Additional Assignment Info.
But in Convert Pending Worker, the extensible flexfields are not displayed correctly : we can't view the fields, and we can view them in a table.

On the Edit Pending Worker page, the fields are displayed individually.

On the Convert Pending Worker page, a table is displayed with columns for the fields.

We would like to have the same display as on the Edit Pending Worker page.
