Select an approver when submitting a time card

Hello All,
We have a specific business requirement in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and are looking for the best practice to implement it.
Requirement:When an employee enters their time, if they have worked overtime (OT), they need the ability to manually select a specific "Overtime Approver" from a list. This might be different from their standard Line Manager.
Proposed Logic:
- Add a Custom Attribute (Flexfield) to the Time Card Layout where the employee selects a Manager/Approver from a defined Value Set.
- If the Time Category results in Overtime (calculated via Shift or Daily/Weekly rules), the approval should route to the person selected in that custom attribute.
