Recalculate Pay for retroactive changes

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 11 comments

When selecting Payroll Process Configuration = Default Group, the system should recalculate changes to the "Earliest Retroactive Processing Date" which is in our case 01/10/2024. We noticed that the system only recalculates changes going back to March 2025. (a year back).

Does anyone else have the same issue?
