How can we customize the filters in the Training Suppliers tab?

Hello everyone,

I have a question. In the Training Suppliers tab implemented in Redwood, can we customize the filters? We need the Active status filter to be set by default, but we also need the ability to clear it. Currently, the Clear button doesn't reset the filter. How can we fix this?
