Data inconsistency in Supplier updates - UI vs Audit Report displaying different information

Hello,

We have identified data inconsistency in Supplier updates. UI vs Audit Report are displaying different information.

UI (View > About This Record) is saying that below user is the last updating the supplier Drescher & Drescher GmbH
• peter.gregor@drei.com

But Audit Report says that last user updating the supplier is
• stephanie.holzegger@drei.com

Observations: End user is reporting the following:
I think it´s important that both Steffi and me (Peter) were logged in parallel, where Steffi was changing data and I checked in parallel other data of the same supplier (Drescher & Drescher). By saving the changes Steffi got a notification that another user ( that was me ) is accessing the same supplier
