RSSP：Select BPA by Supplier Site or Tax Rate

Q: Is there any way to differentiate and select the correct BPA by supplier site or tax rate in the requisition item search, without modifying item master, BPA description, supplier name? or any workaround for that?
Business Background:
We have the same items and suppliers, but multiple supplier sites, each with a different tax rate depending on the delivery location. Accordingly, separate BPAs are created for each supplier site to reflect the correct tax treatment.
