Missing Work Tax Jurisdiction - but the Location Shows a Tax Jurisdiction

Summary:

We went live with USOPTE last week and ran the address validation process.

When running payroll this week, an error message is showing on the payroll validation report for some locations saying, "location assigned to the worker is missing work tax jurisdiction info. Use the location task to update the location info and try again."

When reviewing the location info through locations - the locations do show tax jurisdiction info.

What would cause this error message to pop up even though the tax jurisdiction shows that it is populated on the location? What can be done to fix this? Is there a process to run to fix this?
