AI Assist Not Displaying for Org

Summary:

The AI assist is not displaying in success navigator for our org. I have enabled at the org and profile level. I have tried disabling and then re-enabling after a 30 minute period, I have tried clearing cache and history, and yet still it does not appear.

I have tried to submit SR's to seek support but they have been closed without resolution. Most of the time I cannot even access the page to submit SR's or use the chat because the link to the SRs returns a 404 error or times out establishing a connection. Each reply is sent via a no-reply so I cannot contact by another method and tickets get closed after 24 hours without response.
