Why Contract Audit Report is not Showing Line Status change/update in Audit Report

Summary:

Contract Audit Report Is not Showing Status change/update in Audit Report in line level even though Status field for line level is already enabled in Manage Audit Policies. Is it standard behavior or am I missing any setup. We are keeping the contract in draft status as per client requirement. But line level if we are cancelling one line the status is getting changed to cancel but not showing in Audit Report.
