archive time level

Hi Guru,

we are about to enable archive for the supply plan, if i choose the archive time level at weekly, do i have to schedule build plan archive at weekly basis? i can see every time i run the 'build plan archive' process system will archive the plan once, if i schedule it at daily basis, what will happen? will there be any differernce? thanks in advance!
