Requisition specific candidate field

Hi!

I have the next question. I want to track in Taleo who from recruiting team works  with candidate for specific requisition. "Requisition owner" field can't help if two or more recruiters are working with one requisition.

I've created custom field "Candidate owner" at candidate profile with recruiters names picklist but this can't help too because I lost information about previous recruiter when new one start working with candidate.

I think that requisition specific candidate field could help (like date applied for requisition) but there is no way to create such kind of field.

Any suggestions?
