We have enabled the "Years in Job" column in the worksheet for one of our Workforce Compensation plans. However, for associates having the same date in a job, it shows different values for the "Years in Job". This discrepancy is seen throughout the worksheet. What attribute does the column use to calculate "Years in Job".
