How to limit List of Value in Redwood based on Action Code for Terminate Employment

Our Business is looking to restrict to show only one value in the List of Values based on Action Code.

Under Terminate Employment Info we have different Action codes and different Status Type Values.
When the user Select Action Code as "Resignation" then in the Status Field drop down value to show only " HR Inactive - Payroll Terminated" as it shouldn't show other values in the list of values as i know we can default the value but our business dont see the other list of values based on Action code "Resignation"
