Unrequested feedback

we have a legal issue in some of our Europeen countries related to the unrequested feedback

- you could send feedback to a manager about another employee who will not know about it

- this unrequested feedback can only be provided about someone who has been added to your network but it works even if this person has declined the invitation

- feedback can be inappropriate and there is no way to "audit" that (a code of conduct is not enough for our Data Privacy lawyers)

In addition, from a process standpoint, if you provide unrequested feedback, the manager or the employee who receives it is not informed unless looking into his/her Journal.....

Howdy, Stranger!
