Can we make Memo line as LOV instead of free text

in Receivables & Collections

Hi,

I would like to understand whether it is possible to configure the Memo Line field in Oracle Fusion Receivables to behave as a List of Values (LOV) instead of allowing free text entry.

Currently, users are able to enter free text, but I want to check whether we can restrict users to select predefined values only.
