Punchout Items not moving to Cart in RSSP

Summary:

In Classic Page, Even though there might be an error when submitting a requisition containing Punchout Items, first, the items will at least gets added to the cart from the punchout website and then we will be let to face the error. Please see screenshot below,


However, in RSSP the item does not even gets added to the cart and it throws the error right away. Please see screenshot below.

Is this the expected behavior in RSSP? If any one can help, it will be greatly appreciated.
