Enable consuming the item for Required Inventory in FFS from different sub inventory & locator

Summary:

Technicians at site/Field can't able to change the sub-inventory location in FFS even when the item isn’t on hand in the Planned location for the Required Inventory. Even Technician consumes the item from different sub-inventory, the consumed item's Sub inventory and Locator are not updating in the maintenance Post the activity completion.
