Conditional Offer Letter is configured in CSP and while sending it to the candidate, recruiter can see the option of send message and recruiter is able to send conditional offer letter to the candidate. It goes to candidate, but they cannot see the option of Accept/ Reject for the same conditional offer letter. Email appears as an information to the candidate. This is an off system manual process, resulting in inefficiencies and difficulties tracking as responses are received in external email accounts. What can be done to increase automation?
