Redwood Manage Time Entries, Unable to download the incomplete timecard statuses, Download button

The OTL manager is attempting to download timecards with an "Incomplete" status using the download icon in the top-right corner of the Redwood Time Entries page, but no files are being downloaded. Timecards with an "In Error" status download successfully; however, the download does not work for those with an "Incomplete" status.

We have enabled the 26A Redwood profile options. Please let me know if anyone has a solution for this issue.
