Is there a way to restrict users to only order in multiples in RSSP?

Summary:

There are many times that a Supplier only fulfills orders ordered in a certain multiple and also only when a minimum quantity is ordered. If a requester creates requisitions with a quantity as per their need and if this does not meet the Supplier's conditions, these orders are cancelled.

Currently, my client uses a third party system to maintain their item catalog the way they want to see. It allows them to restrict users to order in multiples and also ensure the minimum qty is entered while returning to Oracle cart. Clients wants to discontinue the use of this Punchout and only use the Redwood Self-Service Procurement for ordering. However, while searching for items and adding them to cart in RSSP, there is no check for a minimum quantity, nor is there a setup to allow increase of the quantity in fixed multiples. Is there some kind of setup
