oracle cloud hcm bi publisher absences error handling report

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Has someone written or found documentation for the steps to write an oracle cloud hcm bi publisher absences error handling report (or similar) that writes error messages to a table in which a report of the error entries are created. Should show the same errors that users would see with absence UI and driven by configuration.

I have not done anything like this before so I would greatly appreciate anyone's help!
