Associating Activities with Multiple Resources (Technician & Assistant)

We would like to request your support with the following inquiry:

Currently, the client needs to create a new User Type for a role called “Technician Assistant.” The purpose of this role is to support technicians in certain operational tasks, such as activating or deactivating routes, as well as starting and ending lunch breaks. From a functional perspective, these actions are feasible and can be controlled through permissions and visibility restrictions.

However, an additional requirement has arisen from an operational standpoint: the client wants the assistant to directly support the technician in the execution of their routes.
