Procure Goods from Preferred Sources Using Shopping Lists-26A

Some departments (eg labs) will be procuring goods from suppliers directly and they do not maintain any expense sub inventories (PARs) or transact any items from asset sub inventories. After 26 A, items are not visible in their dept specific shopping lists as their items are not living in any PARs or Subinvs.

Is there any way to show the items in their dept specific public shopping lists to procure the items from the suppliers by using BPA?
