Can the Position field on a requisition be extended?

I’m trying to determine whether the Position field in requisitions can be configured or extended in any way.

From what I’ve found so far, the field appears to be system-controlled and tied to a predefined list of values, which means it isn’t configurable. I also explored whether Visual Builder Studio could be used to extend the field length, but that doesn’t seem to be possible at this time.

The only workaround I’ve identified is to open the requisition, highlight the position name, and copy it into a document (the position code comes along with it). Obviously, this isn’t ideal.
