Redwood saved search system searches and shared searches

Summary:

In Redwood Purchasing, under saved searches there are different search types. When I save a search it defaults to Personal searches. How can we create System searches?

System searches — are we able to create searches that will show up for all our users?

I also noticed there is an option to 'Enable sharing' when creating a new search but this is disabled, am I missing a permission.
