We have a requirement to validate IBAN by invoking external API from Fusion ADF supplier sites page.

whenever user enters the IBAN & bank account details under payments for a supplier site the external API need to be invoked and IBAN need to be validated and should not allow user to save if it's invalid.

Is this requirement achievable and can an external API be invoked from Fusion ADF page using groovy script or in any other way.
