Approval Flow details Not Visible Before Submission in Job Requisition – ORC (Redwood UI)

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) where hiring managers are unable to view the approval flow of a job requisition before submitting it.

Currently, the approval process is triggered only after clicking “Submit/Request Approval,” and there is no visibility of the approval hierarchy prior to submission. Due to this, hiring managers are not able to see the list of approvers or understand the approval sequence in advance.

This is impacting business operations, as users do not have clarity on who the requisition will be routed to for approval before submission.
