When reviewing resumes if you select "Move Forward" twice, it moves them to rejected

When reviewing resumes if you select "Move Forward" it sends them to screened. If you try to use the button again, it moves them to rejected. The button should not continue to say move forward if they are not moving to the next phase- should be interview. The Move Forward button should gray out after candidate is moved to New, Screened phase and state. Attaching screenshot for reference as well.
