Request Position Change: create autocomplete/defaulting rule for DFF based on Legal Entity

Summary:

In the Request Position Change page (Responsive UI), we need the ability to automatically populate a specific DFF value when the user selects a particular Legal Entity. Today, users must manually fill in this DFF value, which increases effort and creates risk of inconsistent data entry.

Requested Enhancement: Provide a configuration option similar to a Field Modification Rule (or equivalent rule framework) to support autocomplete/defaulting behavior such as:

Trigger: When the user selects Legal Entity = [X] (or changes the Legal Entity field)

Action: Automatically set DFF Field [Name/Attribute] to [Value] (or derive the value from a mapping)
