Delete Offer Letter

We recently updated the name of one of our Business Units. An internal employee applied to a req that still reflected the old BU name/position, and as a result, the offer letter was generated with the outdated BU/position.

We updated the BU on the offer letter, but the position field does not return any values in the dropdown. In other offer letters, changing the BU correctly displays available positions.

We also attempted to move the candidate back a phase, but when initiating a new offer, the system pulls in the existing (old) offer instead of allowing creation of a new one.
