Show product recommendations not displaying any data on account or opportunity

Hi everyone,

We've been working a lot with Oracle AI and Gen AI features in OSC lately, and we also recently discovered the need to have some sort of AI based product recommendations generated for accounts and/or opportunities.

While the smart action does exist on the Account object, it never displays any data, even for accounts that have hundreds of open & won opportunities.

The feature is obviously enabled from Setup and Maintenance and all users have the View product recommendations privilege.

I couldn't find any recent article in documentation about it and it doesn't even show anymore in the Configure Adaptive intelligence for Sales list.
