Customer Feedback Request – Announcement Panel Usage

We’re currently working on some enhancements to the EPM homepage and would really value your input.

As part of this effort, we’re reviewing the announcement panel and looking to better standardize features across business processes. One difference we’ve noticed is in Account Reconciliation, where the announcement panel includes a Period Selector above the reconciliation metrics. See screenshot below. In other services, task metrics are shown without these filters.

We’d love to hear how your users interact with this functionality.

How often do your users update the Period Selector?

• Frequently (multiple times per day or week)
• Once per reporting period (set it at the start, then leave it)
