View Organization Chart in Talent Review Dashboard not loading

After clicking on the view Org Chart icon on a talent review dashboard opens up a blank page which never loads. We are not on redwood for Talent Review module so all the redwood profile options are disabled for Talent Review. Steps to replicate - 1. Login as an HR Admin 2. Create a talent review meeting 3. Conduct meeting and click on View Organization Chart 4. A blank page loads. This is the URL that it redirects to - https://<URL>/fscmUI/redwood/human-resources/directory/person-hierarchy?personName=<parameters>
