System email - Update of candidate main status

Summary:

When we update a candidate main status, we want it to send an email to our HR team with candidate, req details and offer details. However, when sending the email and adding fields we need from Candidate , requisition and Offer, it is picking up incorrect req (if candidate applied for 2 or more) and it is not getting any offer details. How do we get these details in the notification/system templates from when the main status is updated
