Eloqua Applications – Oracle Planned Maintenance

Hi! I got the below notification about the planned maintenance. I am a customer from pod 06. Can you please clarify this point "The application may be unavailable" Do you mean logging to the app will not be available ? Do you mean calling any API query for my Eloqua instance will fail ? Or both?
