HR Director to View the Full Country Population in WCP Without Changing hierarchy

Hello,

We are using Primary Manager Hierarchy for our France merit cycle and need to keep this setup unchanged.

Issue:
Some France employees report outside the HR Director’s hierarchy (for example to global COO/CEO structures), so they do not appear in the correct worksheet for HR Director even though they are included in the correct legal employer and compensation plan.

The system appears to be working as designed because the HR Director cannot proxy for global structure employees from another country, Due to security profiles.

Current workaround:
As the cycle is currently running, we manually added the France HR Director as reviewer for the impacted employees. This gives visibility to those employees during the active cycle.
