Supplier PO communication method for masking purchasing site
Summary:
Currently, as part of the post clone activities, email addresses for active Purchasing Supplier sites are either blank or have a dummy address added.
This action does not apply to POs created prior to the clone so, for those, Supplier PO communication method and address will match what we have in Production.
Above means that, if the business needs to test email notifications and this feature is turned ON in DEV5, we will still have a risk of emailing POs to Suppliers if a cloned PO with a valid email address is:
- Duplicated or
- Modified
and Preparer/Buyer forgets to change the PO communication method.
