Unable to get ER contributions for social security IMSS when employee goes on disability-Mexico

We have IMSS Social security contributions for employee and employer. According to Mexico legislation Employer social security contributions must take place when an employee is on disability. Disability is tracked on personal details- disability information and the assignment status goes to Leave of absence-no payroll.
Employee goes on unpaid leave and when the payroll processes we can not find Employer contributions.

The oracle seeded Mexico social security Fast- formula must include this logic, but it does not. The formula is not editable to add any custom logics. we need the contributions to take place, however in current system its not happening.
